Please understand that once your shipment leaves our facility, we, Daluxe Plug®, are NOT responsible for any marked stolen, lost, or damaged products. This is at the discretion of the carrier. However, in the unlikely event, that this should occur, please report it to the postal service and send an email to [[email protected]] with:
1) FULL name
2) Order number (This is located in your confirmation email)
3) FULL address
4) Confirmation of your stolen/lost report to the postal service
This information MUST be received within 2 days of reporting this to the postal service. Upon receiving this information, you will receive a refund for shipment as well as a discount for your next order.
- MY PRODUCT(S) CAME DAMAGED.

1) 2 clear photos of the damaged product(s)[minimum]

4) Order Number (Your order number will be located in your confirmation email)
5) Confirmation of your report to the postal service
This information MUST be sent within three days AFTER your order was delivered.
If your products were indeed damaged, you will receive PARTIAL reimbursement and a discount for your next order.

Processing times can take up to 2 weeks. This is a small business that makes products in small batches to ensure optimum quality, so please take that into consideration while placing your order. Once your order is shipped, it can take up to 7 business days. However, this is at the discretion of the carrier. Shipment times will extend during holidays and natural disasters.

We HIGHLY suggest that you read the ingredients in each product on the website. Please be aware of your body and its triggers via an allergist and/or your primary care physician.
